Can I really get my floor plan in 2 business days?

We have a team of gurus working to deliver your floor plans on time. Please note, the turnaround time for 3D floor plans is 3 business days.

What do you require to produce a floor plan redraw?

We can redraw your floor plan from nearly anything. Take a photo of your builder’s plans, hand sketch on a napkin, or upload your architect’s PDF files. Plans can be drawn to scale if you provide the measurements or the plan is already to scale. Be sure to include essential details such as internal walls, windows, doors etc, to avoid delays and additional fees.

What if I want to change something?

KMc Media offer a redraw service and promise to make as many changes as needed to get your floor plan looking 100% as per the original request provided. Please note that if you require design changes to your floor plan, additional charges will apply. If you require any changes one month from the original job, you will need to resubmit your floor plan as a new job.

My plan has multiple stories, can I have each story on a new page?

Our pricing is based on a per project basis. Typically, we return the plan to you on a single page, however if you have a multi-storey property and you desire the levels to be on separate pages please let us know and we will deliver it to you in this format.

Please Note: Projects are based on a single residence only up to 4 storeys (Duplex excepted). Multiple Unit buildings will be charged per unit. Complexes or structures with multiple dwellings are not included in this pricing. You can submit these plans via the Custom Quote section.

Will my plan look exactly like the property interior?

Our standard floor plan redraws may not replicate the exact flooring finishes and furniture placement of the property. Floor plans are designed to provide a visual guide, not to be an exact match.

What is a site plan?

A site plan showcases the land included in the sale or lease. We can add the site plan to your floor plan project to showcase both the house and land.

How long do you store my images for?

After we finish your edits, we will store them for a minimum of 30 days. To ensure you have a lasting copy, kindly download and save the files to your own system.
